Privacy Policy — Last Ground

Last Ground ("the Game") is developed and published by Jaconir ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Game does and does not do with your information.
The short version
Last Ground does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
There is no account, no login, and no server. The Game does not require an internet connection to play. Everything the Game remembers about you stays on your device.
Information we collect
None.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or advertising identifier. We do not use analytics, crash reporting, tracking, or third-party software development kits that gather information about you.
Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress locally on your device. This includes your gold, permanent upgrades, unlocked characters, stage progress, and audio and control settings.
This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it and we cannot recover it. Uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data from your device settings, permanently deletes it.
Permissions
The Game requests one Android permission:
- Vibrate — used for haptic feedback during play. It grants no access to any information about you or your device.
Third-party services
The Game does not include advertising, analytics, or social features, and does not share information with any third party.
Google Play distributes the Game and operates independently of us. Google may collect information when you download or update an app, under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive that information and have no access to it.
Children
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and because it collects no information at all, we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone of any age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us — although in practice there is nothing for us to hold.
Your rights
Because we hold no information about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on request. You can erase everything the Game has stored at any time by clearing its data or uninstalling it.
Security
Your save data is held in the Game's private storage area on your device and is protected by your device's own security. Since nothing is transmitted to us, there is no transfer to intercept and no database of ours that could be breached.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that change what the Game handles — for example rewarded advertising or in-app purchases — we will update this policy and change the date at the top before that version is released. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
